These Terms form a binding agreement between you and BuildWithPros ApS ("BuildWithPros"), a company registered in Denmark (CVR: DK36730978), located at Porthusgade 1, 5.4, DK-9000 Aalborg, Denmark. They apply to your use of www.buildwithpros.com and any related products or services that refer to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Continued use after any updates means you accept the latest version. These Terms are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

1. Our Services
BuildWithPros is the official platform for IFBB Hall of Famer Shawn Ray, offering video guides from Shawn Ray, educational audiobooks and PDF guides produced by the BuildWithPros team, coaching, clothes, protein bars, and selected nutrition products. The platform is built around real-world experience from elite bodybuilding, designed for serious, motivated people worldwide.
The Services are run from Denmark. If you access them from another country, it is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with any local laws that apply to you. BuildWithPros does not provide services tailored to regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or government compliance.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Services — including videos, audiobooks, PDF guides, designs, graphics, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of BuildWithPros ApS or is used with permission from the rights holders. The content is protected by Danish copyright law (Ophavsretsloven), the EU Copyright Directive, and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, which extends protection to more than 180 countries worldwide.
Digital products (videos, audiobooks and PDF guides) are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a video, audiobook or PDF guide, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own training and education only. You do not acquire ownership of the content itself. Sharing, uploading, redistributing, or posting purchased files publicly — including on social media, file-sharing sites, cloud drives, messaging groups, or streaming platforms — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a copyright violation.
PDF files are watermarked with the name and email address of the original purchaser to identify the licensee in the event of unauthorized distribution. BuildWithPros actively monitors for unauthorized distribution and reserves the right to issue takedown notices, suspend accounts without refund, and pursue civil or criminal claims under applicable law.
Full licensing terms — including what is permitted, what is prohibited, watermarking, and enforcement — are set out in the License & Usage Terms. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to those terms in full.
You are welcome to view content for your own personal, non-commercial use and to download materials you have legitimate access to. You may not copy, distribute, display, modify, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. To request a license or permission for use beyond what is granted in the License & Usage Terms, please contact legal@buildwithpros.com.
If you send BuildWithPros ideas, comments, or feedback, you agree that BuildWithPros may use them without obligation to credit or compensate you. If the Services allow users to post public content, you grant BuildWithPros a license to use, display, and share that content in connection with the business. You are solely responsible for anything you upload.
No content from the Services, including videos, audiobooks, PDFs, text, or images, may be used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models without prior written permission from BuildWithPros ApS.
3. User Representations
By using the Services, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and kept up to date, that you are at least 18 years old, that you will not use the Services for illegal or harmful purposes, and that your use complies with all applicable laws. If false information or misuse is discovered, access may be suspended or terminated.
4. User Registration and Customer Accounts
To access certain features, you may create a customer account on BuildWithPros.com. A customer account is required for ongoing online access to purchased digital content through the BuildWithPros account library. This includes streaming of video and audiobook content and re-downloading of all purchased digital products beyond the initial 30-day email delivery window.
Customers who do not create an account will only have access to their digital products through the email download link sent at the time of purchase. This link is valid for 30 days. After expiration, BuildWithPros has no obligation to provide further access without a new purchase. Creating an account at the time of purchase is strongly recommended.
You agree to keep your login credentials private, choose a respectful username, and take responsibility for all activity under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact support@buildwithpros.com immediately.
5. Products
Here is an overview of what BuildWithPros sells and what applies to each product type.
Video and audiobook guides: Delivered by email as a personal download link immediately after purchase. Video and audiobook content can be either downloaded or streamed online. Customers with a customer account can stream and re-download the content from their account library for as long as BuildWithPros operates the Services (see Section 7 — Lifetime Access). The email download link is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
PDF guides: Delivered by email as a personal download link immediately after purchase. PDF guides cannot be streamed and must be downloaded. The email link is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase — please save your file promptly. Customers with a customer account can re-download PDF files from their account library for as long as BuildWithPros operates the Services. PDF files are watermarked with the customer's name and email address. Full terms apply — see the License & Usage Terms.
All digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, uploaded, or redistributed.
Educational nature of digital content: Video, audiobooks and PDF guides are provided for informational and educational purposes. They reflect personal experience and practical knowledge, not professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Customers with medical conditions or on medication should consult a qualified healthcare provider before applying any information from BuildWithPros guides. See Section 25 (Disclaimer) for full details.
Coaching: Personal coaching with Shawn Ray is delivered through scheduled video sessions. Coaching slots are time-limited and must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. Coaching is non-transferable and non-refundable once a session has been scheduled.
Clothes are shipped from Denmark. If something does not fit or meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it — no reason needed. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
Protein bars and supplements are food products. As with all perishable goods under EU law, they cannot be returned once purchased. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out and it will be sorted.
Affiliate products: BuildWithPros features selected products from affiliate partners. These are fulfilled directly by the partner under their own terms and return policy. Affiliate products are clearly labelled on the relevant product pages. See Section 11 (Affiliate Products and Partnerships) for full terms.
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and EUR and may change over time. Any questions about a product before buying are welcome at support@buildwithpros.com.
6. Delivery and Access to Digital Products
Digital products are delivered by email immediately after purchase. The download link in the email is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please save your file promptly.
For video and audiobook content: Customers can either download the file using the email link or stream the content online through their customer account library. Both options are available for as long as BuildWithPros operates the Services and the customer maintains an active customer account (see Section 7 — Lifetime Access).
For PDF guides: PDF guides must be downloaded. Streaming is not available for PDF content. After the 30-day email link expires, customers with a customer account can re-download the file from their account library for as long as BuildWithPros operates the Services.
Customers who do not create a customer account: If a customer chooses not to create a customer account at purchase, access to the digital product is provided exclusively through the email download link, which expires 30 days after purchase. Once the link expires, BuildWithPros has no obligation to re-send the file or provide further access without repurchase. Saving the file to a permanent location upon delivery is strongly recommended.
If a digital download email has not arrived within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder and contact support@buildwithpros.com. Download issues reported within 30 days of purchase will be resolved promptly.
Physical products are dispatched from Denmark within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed, Monday to Friday excluding Danish public holidays. For full details on shipping, duties, and import taxes, see Section 8 (Shipping, Duties, and Import Taxes) and the Shipping Policy.
7. Lifetime Access — Scope and Limitations
Some BuildWithPros digital products are marketed as offering "lifetime access" through the customer's account library. This section explains what lifetime access means in practice and the limits that apply.
What lifetime access means: For customers who create a customer account and link their purchases to that account, BuildWithPros provides ongoing access to purchased digital products through the account library for as long as BuildWithPros ApS continues to operate the Services. This access includes the ability to stream video and audiobook content and to re-download purchased video, audiobook, and PDF files.
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Services, not the lifetime of the customer. BuildWithPros ApS makes no guarantee that the Services will operate for any specific period of time. Should BuildWithPros ApS cease to operate, be acquired, become insolvent, be liquidated, or otherwise discontinue the Services for any reason, access to the account library and all online streaming and re-download functionality will end. In such circumstances, BuildWithPros ApS has no obligation to provide refunds, alternative access methods, or compensation for content already delivered.
Customers are strongly advised to download purchased files locally and back them up. Files downloaded to a customer's device or storage during the period when the Services are active will remain in the customer's possession regardless of any future discontinuation of the Services, subject to the License & Usage Terms. Saving and backing up digital files at the time of purchase is the customer's responsibility and is the only way to guarantee permanent access to content.
Lifetime access requires a customer account. Customers who do not create a customer account at purchase are not eligible for lifetime access. Their access is limited to the 30-day email download link as described in Section 6.
Other limitations: BuildWithPros may, at its sole discretion, restrict or revoke access to the account library if a customer violates these Terms, the License & Usage Terms, or applicable law. BuildWithPros may also modify, replace, or remove specific content from the library where required for legal, licensing, or operational reasons, with reasonable effort made to notify affected customers in advance.
Technical interruptions: Temporary outages, maintenance, or technical issues may occasionally affect access to the account library. BuildWithPros aims to minimize disruption but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. See Section 21 (Modifications and Interruptions) for full terms.
8. Shipping, Duties, and Import Taxes
BuildWithPros ships physical products from Denmark to a defined list of countries. Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and applicable duties and taxes are shown at checkout before payment is completed. For full shipping terms including delivery times by region, see the Shipping Policy.
Duties and import taxes (DDP): For most international destinations, BuildWithPros uses delivered-duty-paid (DDP) shipping. This means applicable import duties, customs fees, and local VAT or sales tax are calculated and collected at checkout. The parcel is delivered to the customer's door with no additional fees on arrival.
Destinations without DDP support: For a small number of destinations where DDP is not supported by the carrier, duties and local taxes may be assessed by customs upon arrival. In these cases, the recipient is responsible for any such fees. This is clearly indicated at checkout, and customers are advised to check their local customs rules before placing an order.
Countries not served: BuildWithPros does not ship physical products to certain countries due to import restrictions, complex VAT regulations, or sanctions. If a country is not available at checkout, BuildWithPros currently cannot accept orders for physical products to that destination. Digital products may still be available depending on the destination. A current list of restricted countries is maintained in the Shipping Policy.
Customs declarations: BuildWithPros declares the correct HS codes, country of origin, and product values on all customs documentation. Customers must not request false declarations (such as marking commercial goods as "gift" or undervaluing items), as this constitutes customs fraud and may result in seizure of the parcel by local authorities. BuildWithPros reserves the right to refuse any such request.
9. Purchases and Payment
BuildWithPros accepts the following payment methods at checkout:

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and the device you are using. The payment options shown at checkout are the ones available for your specific order.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your chosen payment method at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and EUR.
Prices displayed include Danish VAT for Danish customers and applicable local VAT for EU customers (calculated at checkout based on the customer's location and applicable EU tax rules). For orders shipped outside the EU, duties and import taxes are handled as described in Section 8 (Shipping, Duties, and Import Taxes).
If a pricing error occurs, BuildWithPros reserves the right to correct it — even after an order has been placed. Orders that appear to be placed for resale may also be refused.

10. Refunds Policy
The refund terms depend on the product type. Here is what applies to each. Full details are also available in the Refund Policy.
Digital Products
Video guides, audiobooks and PDF guides are delivered immediately after purchase. By completing a purchase, the customer expressly requests that delivery begins straight away and acknowledges that, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)), the right of withdrawal no longer applies once delivery has started.
This means all digital purchases are final from the moment the customer receives the download link by email, whether or not the file has been downloaded or streamed. Before buying, please read the product description and watch any available preview to make sure the product is right for you. Any questions before purchasing are welcome at support@buildwithpros.com.
The download link is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Saving the file promptly or creating a customer account is recommended.
Clothes
Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on clothes, starting from the day the order is received — no reason needed. To use this right, simply send an email to support@buildwithpros.com with your order number before the 14 days are up.
For the return to be accepted, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once the item has been received and checked, a refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

Protein Bars and Supplements
Protein bars and supplements are food products and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(d)). All purchases are final.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please get in touch at support@buildwithpros.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Include the order number and a photo showing the issue, and it will be sorted with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Coaching
Coaching purchases are refundable up until the first session has been scheduled. Once a coaching session has been scheduled in Shawn Ray's calendar, the coaching purchase becomes non-refundable. Coaching slots must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. Unused coaching slots after this period expire without refund.
Duties and Import Taxes
For orders refunded after duties and import taxes have been collected at checkout, BuildWithPros will refund the duties and taxes only if the order has not yet been dispatched or if the carrier confirms that duties have not yet been remitted to local authorities. Duties already remitted to customs authorities are typically not recoverable from the carrier.
Affiliate Products
Affiliate products are fulfilled directly by the affiliate partner under their own terms and return policy. Refund and return requests for affiliate products must be directed to the partner, not to BuildWithPros. See Section 11 (Affiliate Products and Partnerships) for full terms.
11. Affiliate Products and Partnerships
BuildWithPros may feature products from affiliate partners, with additional partners potentially added over time. Affiliate products are clearly labelled on the relevant product pages and in any marketing material where they appear.
How affiliate sales work: When you purchase an affiliate product, the transaction is completed with the affiliate partner — not with BuildWithPros. The partner is responsible for fulfilment, shipping, customer service, returns, refunds, and any warranty claims. Their terms of sale, privacy policy, and return policy apply to your purchase, not those of BuildWithPros.
Commission disclosure: BuildWithPros earns a commission when you purchase through an affiliate link or partner integration. This does not affect the price you pay. Recommendations are based on the BuildWithPros team's assessment of products that fit the platform's audience, but BuildWithPros has no control over the production, quality, formulation, or delivery of affiliate products.
No endorsement of medical or therapeutic claims: BuildWithPros does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any medical, nutritional, performance, or therapeutic claims made by affiliate partners about their own products. Always read the product label and consult a qualified healthcare provider before use, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, or are pregnant or nursing.
Limitation of liability for affiliate products: To the extent permitted by law, BuildWithPros ApS accepts no liability for damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from the purchase, delivery, use, or non-delivery of affiliate products. Liability rests solely with the affiliate partner. Customers should direct all claims, complaints, and warranty matters to the affiliate partner using the contact information provided on the partner's website.
Affiliate partner contact: Each affiliate product page links to the partner's website where their full terms, contact details, and customer service channels are available. For questions specifically about how an affiliate partnership is structured (rather than the product itself), contact legal@buildwithpros.com.
12. Prohibited Activities
Please use the Services responsibly. The following are not permitted:
- Collecting data systematically to build your own databases without written permission
- Attempting to trick, defraud, or mislead BuildWithPros or other users
- Interfering with security features or the performance of the Services
- Using information from the Services to harass or harm others
- Uploading viruses, spam, or harmful code
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
- Using automated tools such as bots or scrapers without consent
- Posting illegal, hateful, or explicit content
- Using the Services to compete with BuildWithPros or for unauthorised commercial purposes
- Sending unsolicited marketing messages to other users
- Violating intellectual property rights or applicable laws
- Sharing customer account credentials with third parties or using a single account for multiple users
- Downloading purchased content with the intent to share, redistribute, or upload it to any third party or platform
- Requesting false customs declarations or undervaluation of physical goods

13. User Generated Contributions
The Services do not currently offer public features for posting content. If BuildWithPros invites you to share feedback, testimonials, or other materials, you agree that your contributions do not infringe on anyone else's rights, do not include anything illegal or misleading, and are based on truthful information. BuildWithPros reserves the right to remove contributions that violate these Terms.
14. Contribution License
By submitting content such as suggestions, feedback, or images, you grant BuildWithPros permission to use, reproduce, modify, and share that content for any lawful purpose including marketing and product development. You retain ownership of your original work. BuildWithPros is not liable for any statements made in your contributions.
15. Guidelines for Reviews
Honest and respectful reviews are welcome. To keep the review space useful for everyone, please only leave reviews based on your own experience, keep language respectful, avoid spam or promotional content, and do not post false or defamatory statements. BuildWithPros may moderate or remove reviews that violate these guidelines. By posting a review, you grant permission to use and display that content as part of marketing communications.
Reviews should reflect genuine customer experience. Reviews submitted in exchange for free products, discounts, or other compensation must clearly disclose this relationship.
16. Social Media
The Services may offer the option to interact with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or Google. These integrations may include signing in with a connected account, sharing content, or viewing embedded media from these platforms.
When you interact with the Services through a third-party platform, you allow BuildWithPros to access the information you have approved through that platform's privacy settings. You can disable any connection at any time by adjusting your settings on the relevant platform.
BuildWithPros is not responsible for how third-party platforms collect, store, or use your data. Each platform operates under its own terms and privacy policy, which you are encouraged to review. For details on how BuildWithPros handles data from these interactions, see the Privacy Policy.
17. Third-Party Websites and Content
The Services may include links to third-party websites for convenience. BuildWithPros does not own, control, or verify the content of these sites and is not responsible for any issues arising from visiting them. Any products or services offered through third-party websites are the sole responsibility of those providers.
18. Services Management
BuildWithPros reserves the right to monitor and manage the Services as needed, including reviewing the platform for appropriate use, limiting access to accounts that interfere with performance or safety, removing content that violates these Terms, and maintaining and updating the Services. The goal is always to provide a safe and reliable experience for every user.
19. Privacy Policy
BuildWithPros takes data protection seriously. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected. By using the Services, you agree to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Services are hosted in Denmark, and data is processed in accordance with Danish and EU privacy law. 20. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the Services. BuildWithPros reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice if you seriously violate these Terms, cause harm to the platform or other users, or engage in unlawful conduct. In such cases, your account may be deleted. If you believe an action has been taken in error, contact support@buildwithpros.com.
Termination of your customer account ends online access to the account library, including streaming and re-download functionality. Files you have already downloaded to your own device remain in your possession, subject to the License & Usage Terms, provided they were not obtained in violation of these Terms.
21. Modifications and Interruptions
BuildWithPros may update, modify, or temporarily interrupt parts of the Services at any time without prior notice — for example to perform maintenance, fix issues, or make improvements. While every effort is made to keep the Services available, temporary unavailability may occur. BuildWithPros is not responsible for any loss of access due to such interruptions.
BuildWithPros ApS may also discontinue the Services entirely at its sole discretion. Should this occur, online access to the account library will end as described in Section 7 (Lifetime Access). Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up purchased files while the Services are operational.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. EU residents are also protected by the consumer rights applicable in their country of residence and may bring a legal claim either in Denmark or in their home country. BuildWithPros ApS and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aalborg, Denmark, unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
23. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern, please contact BuildWithPros first at info@buildwithpros.com — most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, EU consumers have the option to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
24. Corrections
BuildWithPros aims to keep all information on the Services accurate and up to date. If errors are found — such as typos, incorrect pricing, or outdated content — BuildWithPros reserves the right to correct them at any time without prior notice. If you spot something that looks incorrect, please let us know at support@buildwithpros.com.

Content on BuildWithPros.com includes video and written guides from IFBB Hall of Famer Shawn Ray as well as educational material produced by the BuildWithPros team. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice, and should not be treated as such.
Health and medical conditions
Some BuildWithPros content discusses nutrition, supplementation, weight loss, and health-related topics. This content is educational only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical condition, are taking medication (including but not limited to GLP-1 medications), are pregnant or nursing, or are under the care of a healthcare professional, consult your doctor or healthcare provider before applying any information from BuildWithPros guides to your life.

Training and physical activity
Bodybuilding and strength training carry inherent risks of injury. The training methods discussed in BuildWithPros content are intended for healthy adults aged 18 and over with experience in resistance training. Anyone new to training, returning after injury, or with a pre-existing condition should consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any program. By using BuildWithPros training content, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and accept full responsibility for your training, recovery, and physical wellbeing.
Coaching
Personal coaching with Shawn Ray is provided as bodybuilding and training mentorship based on personal experience and elite-level competitive insight. It is not a substitute for medical advice, psychological counselling, physical therapy, or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional. Coaching does not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or trainer-client relationship in the legal sense, and BuildWithPros ApS assumes no liability for outcomes related to coaching sessions.
Protein bars and food products
Protein bars sold by BuildWithPros are food products, not medicines or nutritional supplements as defined under EU food supplement regulations. They are intended as part of a balanced diet and should not be used to replace meals.
Ingredient lists, nutritional information, and allergen declarations are printed on each product and shown on the product page. Customers with food allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements are responsible for reading the ingredient list before consumption. Despite strict production standards, BuildWithPros cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination with allergens including, but not limited to, milk, soy, nuts, eggs, gluten, or peanuts. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have dietary restrictions, allergies, or a medical condition.
Product images and descriptions
Product images on BuildWithPros.com are intended to give a representative view of each product. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, packaging, or appearance due to display settings, photography, packaging updates, or production batch differences. Product descriptions are kept accurate, but minor variations may occur. If a delivered product differs significantly from what is shown, please contact support@buildwithpros.com.
Affiliate products
Products listed on BuildWithPros.com under affiliate partnerships are fulfilled directly by the partner. BuildWithPros makes no representations or warranties regarding these products and assumes no responsibility for their composition, delivery, returns, or use. The partner's own terms, conditions, and return policy apply to all such purchases. 26. Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BuildWithPros ApS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, including loss of profits, data loss, technical interruptions, or discontinuation of the Services. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid to BuildWithPros in the 6 months prior to the issue. EU consumer law may provide additional protections that supplement or override this limitation — those rights remain fully in place where applicable.
BuildWithPros ApS is not liable for the loss of access to digital content stored exclusively in the account library if BuildWithPros ceases to operate, as described in Section 7 (Lifetime Access). Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up purchased files locally during the active period of the Services.
27. Indemnification
By using the Services, you agree to hold BuildWithPros ApS harmless from any claims, damages, or losses that result from a breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or harm caused to others through your actions on the platform. BuildWithPros reserves the right to handle any resulting legal matter directly.
28. User Data
BuildWithPros stores certain data to provide the Services, including order details and account information. Reasonable safeguards are in place to protect this data, but BuildWithPros is not responsible for loss or corruption of data you upload or transmit. You are responsible for keeping your own records. 29. Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you agree to communicate electronically. Agreements, notices, invoices, and confirmations sent electronically have the same legal effect as paper documents. Electronic signatures, contracts, and records are accepted when interacting with the platform. You can always save or print copies of any communication for your own records.
30. US Residents — Privacy Rights
Residents of certain US states may have additional rights regarding their personal information under applicable state privacy laws. These rights generally include the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion of that information, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
States with such protections currently include California (California Consumer Privacy Act — CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act — VCDPA), Colorado (Colorado Privacy Act — CPA), Connecticut (Connecticut Data Privacy Act — CTDPA), Utah (Utah Consumer Privacy Act — UCPA), Texas, Oregon, and others. Additional US states are expected to adopt similar legislation over time.
BuildWithPros does not sell personal information. BuildWithPros will respect rights available under applicable US state privacy laws for residents of those states. Requests will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law, which is typically 45 days.

31. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Legal Notice, License & Usage Terms, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and BuildWithPros regarding use of the Services. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Any failure by BuildWithPros to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms may not be transferred or assigned by you without prior written consent from BuildWithPros.
