License & Usage Terms

When you purchase a digital product from BuildWithPros, including videos, audiobooks, PDF guides, and bundles, you receive a personal license to use that content. You do not purchase ownership of the content itself. These terms explain what your license includes and what is not permitted.

1. Ownership

All content sold on BuildWithPros.com, including videos, audiobooks, PDF guides, written material, images, and accompanying files, is the intellectual property of BuildWithPros ApS or is used with permission from the rights holders. The content is protected by Danish copyright law (Ophavsretsloven), the EU Copyright Directive, and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, which extends protection to more than 180 countries worldwide.

2. Your license

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

  • Stream or view the content on the BuildWithPros delivery page and in your customer account
  • Download the files to your personal devices (desktop, tablet, or phone)
  • Watch, read, listen to, and use the content for your own training, education, and personal development
  • Keep the downloaded files for as long as you wish for personal reference

This license is granted to you as an individual. It cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.

3. What is not permitted

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Share, send, or give the files to other people, including friends, family, training partners, clients, or coworkers
  • Share or forward your personal download link to any other person
  • Upload the content to social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, or any similar service)
  • Post the files to file-sharing sites, cloud drives accessible to others, torrent networks, Telegram channels, Discord servers, or messaging groups
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the content in any form
  • Include the content, in whole or in part, in your own products, courses, coaching programs, or commercial offerings
  • Modify, edit, translate, or create derivative works based on the content
  • Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices or identifying information
  • Use the content for any commercial purpose, including paid coaching, group training, or online programs
  • Use the content, in whole or in part, to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models without prior written permission from BuildWithPros ApS

4. Traceability

BuildWithPros logs delivery and access activity for every order, including the time of each download or stream and the network address it was made from. This record is retained and is used to identify the source of a file found in unauthorized circulation, and to detect access patterns consistent with a shared link. To protect against unauthorized sharing, each file may also be accessed from a limited number of separate internet connections.

5. Copyright enforcement

Unauthorized sharing, uploading, or redistribution of BuildWithPros content is a violation of copyright law. BuildWithPros actively monitors for unauthorized distribution and reserves the right to:

  • Issue takedown notices to platforms hosting infringing content (under DMCA in the United States, the EU Copyright Directive in Europe, and equivalent procedures in other jurisdictions)
  • Suspend or terminate your account and revoke access to your purchased content without refund
  • Pursue civil claims for damages, including statutory damages where applicable
  • Refer cases to law enforcement where criminal copyright infringement has occurred

Under Danish law (Ophavsretsloven § 76), willful copyright infringement can result in fines or imprisonment of up to one year, in addition to civil damages.

6. Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once access to the content has been made available, in accordance with EU consumer law (Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(m), as implemented in the Danish Forbrugeraftaleloven). By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. Full refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptance

By purchasing content from BuildWithPros, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these License and Usage Terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These License and Usage Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be brought before the competent Danish courts, with the District Court of Aalborg (Retten i Aalborg) as the venue of first instance.

International customers retain any mandatory consumer protections granted under the laws of their country of residence.
