Shipping policy

BuildWithPros ships worldwide from Denmark. Digital products are delivered by email instantly after purchase. Physical products are dispatched via DAO for domestic orders and DHL Express or FedEx for international shipments. Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout for most international destinations — no surprise fees on delivery.
Digital Products
Video guides, PDF guides, audiobooks, and coaching access are delivered instantly by email after purchase. No shipping cost applies to digital products. Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase — please save your files promptly.
If a digital download email has not arrived within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder and contact support@buildwithpros.com.
Denmark
Domestic orders are shipped with DAO. Delivery takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- DAO Parcel Shop: from $6.50 (weight-based)
- DAO Home Delivery: from $8.00 (weight-based)
You will receive an SMS with expected delivery time or pickup notification.
European Union
Orders within the EU are shipped with PostNord. Delivery takes 4–7 business days after dispatch. EU shipments are duty-free within the European Union's single market.
- Standard Delivery to EU: $16.00
United States
US orders are shipped with DHL Express or FedEx International Priority. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. All applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — your parcel is delivered to your door with no additional fees.
- International Delivery to US: $39.00
Rest of World
International orders outside Denmark, the EU, and the US are shipped with DHL Express or FedEx International Priority. Delivery takes 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

For most international destinations (including Canada, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Iceland, and others), all applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. Your parcel is delivered with no additional fees to pay on receipt.
For a smaller number of destinations where delivered-duty-paid (DDP) is not available, import duties and local VAT may be collected by customs or the carrier upon arrival. In these cases, the recipient is responsible for any such fees. This is clearly indicated at checkout.
Countries We Do Not Ship To
BuildWithPros currently does not ship physical products to the following countries due to import restrictions, complex VAT regulations, or sanctions:
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein
- Türkiye, Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Russia, Belarus
- Mexico, Brazil, Chile
- China, South Korea, India, Thailand
- Kenya, Tanzania, Algeria, Angola
- Serbia, Albania, Moldova
- United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman (digital products available)
If your country is not listed at checkout, BuildWithPros currently cannot accept orders for physical products from that destination. Digital products may still be available for purchase — please check the product page.
Dispatch Times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, Monday through Friday, excluding Danish public holidays.
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, January sales), dispatch times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days. Any relevant delays will be communicated on the website.
Track and Trace
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your parcel's journey via the carrier's tracking system.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact support@buildwithpros.com.
Delivery Issues
Missing or Lost Parcels
If your tracking shows the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so an investigation can be opened with the carrier.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery window plus 5 business days, please contact support@buildwithpros.com so the matter can be investigated.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@buildwithpros.com within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Include the order number and photos showing the damage. A replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact support@buildwithpros.com as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected from a pickup location or delivery fails and the parcel is returned to BuildWithPros, you are responsible for covering the cost of any re-shipment. If you prefer a refund instead, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For most international destinations, BuildWithPros uses delivered-duty-paid (DDP) shipping. This means all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local VAT or sales tax are calculated and collected at checkout — there are no surprise fees when your parcel arrives.
For a small number of destinations where DDP is not supported by the carrier, duties and taxes may be assessed by local customs upon arrival. This is clearly indicated at checkout, and the recipient is responsible for any such fees in these cases.
BuildWithPros uses the correct HS codes, country of origin, and product values on all customs declarations to ensure smooth clearance.

Digital products and food products (including protein bars) are non-refundable in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
