BuildWithPros offers digital video content, merchandise, and educational material related to bodybuilding, training, and mental performance. Our content is developed in collaboration with IFBB Pro Shawn Ray and intended for general use by motivated individuals worldwide.

  • While we welcome users from many countries, the Services are provided from Denmark and may not be appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for following any applicable laws in your location.
  • We do not provide Services tailored to regulated industries (such as healthcare, finance, or government compliance). Please use the Services only if they are appropriate for your situation.

 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on our Services — including designs, videos, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to BuildWithPros ApS and Shawn Ray Productions, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You’re welcome to:

  • View our content for your personal, non-commercial use
  • Download or print materials that you have legitimate access to — as long as you don’t modify, sell, or redistribute them

You may not copy, distribute, display, or exploit our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

5. PRODUCTS

We offer both digital products (such as downloadable videos) and physical merchandise (such as T-shirts and accessories). All items are subject to availability, and we may update or discontinue products at any time. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes.

For digital products:

  • After purchase, you will receive an email with a secure download link.
  • The download link is valid for 8 days from the time of purchase.
  • We recommend downloading and saving your video promptly.

For physical products:

  • A 14-day return period applies in accordance with EU consumer law.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you have questions about product specifications or availability, our team is happy to help before you make a purchase.

6. DELIVERY

Digital Products:
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation and a secure download link. The link is valid for 8 days from the time of purchase. Please ensure you download your video during that period.

We provide a 2-year quality guarantee on all our digital files. If you experience any technical issues within that time, our support team is here to help or replace your file at no additional cost.

Physical Products – International Shipping with PostNord:
We currently ship all merchandise using PostNord Standard International Parcel – a dependable and cost-effective service for lightweight and mid-sized parcels. All orders are dispatched from Denmark.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–6 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–7 business days (customs processing may vary)
  • USA / Canada: 6–12 business days
  • Australia / Asia: 10–20 business days

Please note: Customs processing in your country may extend delivery times.

Tracking and Delivery Updates:
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your parcel in three ways:

  1. Via the link in your confirmation email
  2. Directly on PostNord’s international tracking page
  3. On your national carrier’s site (e.g., usps.com for U.S. customers)

PostNord shares tracking updates automatically with their international partners. This means you’ll see timely status updates from departure in Denmark to final delivery in your country. We recommend keeping your tracking link until the parcel has arrived.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We keep things affordable by shipping in lightweight, protective mailers wherever possible. What you see at checkout is what you pay — there are no hidden handling fees.

Customs and Import Duties:
If your delivery address is outside the EU, local customs authorities may charge additional import duties, VAT, or handling fees. These costs are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

You may be contacted by your local customs office or postal service to pay these charges before delivery. We recommend checking your country’s import rules in advance if you’re unsure about potential fees.

Processing and Dispatch Times:
We aim to pack and ship all orders within 2–3 business days after payment. Orders are typically processed Monday to Friday, excluding Danish public holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

During peak seasons or promotional campaigns, processing may take a little longer, but we always work to ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

7. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You also agree to promptly update account and payment information, including your email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, to ensure we can complete your transactions and contact you as necessary.

We will charge your payment method for the purchase of our digital videos as soon as the purchase is completed.

All prices are stated inclusive of any applicable taxes, with the understanding that VAT may not apply to international transactions involving Denmark and countries outside the European Union in accordance with the relevant regulations governing international trade.

All products are invoiced in USD.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

8. REFUNDS POLICY

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide clear and fair policies for both digital and physical purchases.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable videos and digital content are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.

  • Your download link is valid for 8 days after purchase.
  • You are responsible for downloading and saving your file within that timeframe.
  • We offer a 2-year guarantee on all digital files. If the video becomes inaccessible or corrupted during that period, contact us and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Please ensure that you review all product descriptions before purchasing to confirm that the video meets your needs and expectations.

Physical Products – 14-Day Return Option (EU & International Customers)

You have the right to cancel and return any physical item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging
  • You must include your order number and contact information inside the return package
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

Once we have received and approved your return, a refund will be issued within 8 business days to the same payment method used for your purchase.

Please note:

  • We do not cover return shipping costs or customs fees for returned items.
  • If the returned item does not meet the conditions above, we may reject the refund.
  • The 14-day return period starts from the day you physically receive the item.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

To maintain a respectful and secure environment, we ask that all users use our Services responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You may not use the Services for any purpose other than what is intended and permitted by us.

The following activities are not allowed:

  • Collecting data or content from the Services in a systematic way to create your own databases, listings, or collections, unless we’ve given written permission.
  • Attempting to trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, especially by trying to gain access to sensitive information like passwords.
  • Disabling or interfering with any security features on the site.

  • Your Contributions do not infringe on anyone else’s rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

  • Your Contributions do not include anything illegal, misleading, offensive, or harmful to others.
