When you order from BuildWithPros, your gear ships from our base in Denmark. That’s where my trusted partner Michael set up the platform — so everything runs smoothly across Europe, the U.S., and beyond.
We use PostNord, Denmark’s official postal service, known for its strong global network and reliable delivery.
Thanks to their partnerships with trusted local carriers like USPS (USA), Royal Mail (UK), La Poste (France), Deutsche Post (Germany), Canada Post, Australia Post, and more — your parcel is safely handled from our warehouse all the way to your doorstep.

Estimated delivery times
I ship all orders from Denmark using PostNord. For countries outside Europe, I use standard letter mail to keep your costs down — it’s simple, reliable, and ideal for lightweight gear like T-shirts. Just note: tracking isn’t available on these shipments, and customs may add a few extra days.
EU COUNTRIES HOME DELIVERY WITH TRACKING:
3 – 6 Days
REST OF THE WORLD:
4-10 Days
For orders outside Europe, we ship using PostNord’s Standard Letter Mail.
Tracking isn’t available on this type of shipment, but we’ll receive a delivery confirmation once your item has been delivered.
Please note: customs processing in your country may cause additional delays.
Shipping Costs
We keep international shipping affordable with flat rates based on your location and delivery method:
Shipping cost within EU – Home Delivery: $10
Rest of the World – Home Standard Letter Mail: $18
Orders are shipped in lightweight, protective envelopes to keep costs down while ensuring your items arrive safely.
There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges — the shipping price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
Dispatch Times
We aim to pack and ship all orders within 1–2 business days after your payment has been confirmed.
Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, excluding danish public holidays.
Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries outside the EU, your local customs office may charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes when your parcel enters the country.
These charges vary by country and are determined by your national customs authority — not by BuildWithPros.
Please note:
These additional costs are not included in the product price or the shipping fee shown at checkout.
If applicable, you’ll be contacted by your local postal service or customs office to pay the fee before your order can be delivered.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs website or postal service if you’re unsure about possible import charges.
As the buyer, you are responsible for any such fees required to release the package in your country.
