There’s a big difference between digital content and physical gear, so we’ve outlined the policies for each below.
Before placing your order, please take a moment to review the sections that apply to you — especially if you’re purchasing downloadable video content, which is non-refundable once accessed.

Digital Video Products
Our digital video products give you instant access to Shawn’s knowledge and motivation. Because they’re downloadable and made available immediately after purchase, they can’t be returned or refunded once downloaded and accessed.
We recommend reviewing product descriptions and preview videos carefully before placing your order to ensure the content suits your needs.
No Refunds on Digital Content
All purchases of digital video content are final.
Once your order is completed and access has been provided, the product cannot be refunded or cancelled.
Download Access
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a personal download link that remains active for 8 days. Please make sure to download your product within that period, as the link cannot be reissued after it expires.
Acknowledgement
By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

You understand the product is digital and non-refundable
2.
You are aware the download link expires after 8 days
3.
You accept the terms outlined in this Refund Policy and in our Terms and Conditions
Apparel and Gear (T-Shirts, etc.)
We want you to feel good about what you wear. If something doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you’re welcome to return it.
14-Day Return Option
You may return any physical item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:
1.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
2.
Your order number and contact details must be included inside the package
3.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
Once we’ve received and approved your return, we will issue a refund within 8 business days.
The refund will be sent to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Apparel and Gear (T-Shirts, etc.)
Need a Different Size?
If you’d like to exchange an item for another size or variant, you’ll need to:
1.
Place a new order for the item you want
2.
Return the original item using the return process above
3.
We do not offer direct exchanges through our warehouse.
Both return shipping and shipping for the new order are at your own expense.
